How to get help
There’s one person behind CF Ready. When you write, your email reaches whoever wrote the code, and the reply is typed out by hand.
Write to us
We answer in English or Italian. There’s no number to call and no chat: everyone comes through here.
Have a look in the app first
In Help and FAQ, use Refresh and check to check rules, activation and plan. On the Checkout rules page you can also reload the Codice Fiscale, PEC and second address line labels from Shopify and, after granting the dedicated permissions, ask CF Ready to manage or restore supported translations. The app reads label text, never the values customers enter.
In your Shopify admin, the Help and FAQ page covers what the app checks and how it behaves when things get awkward: foreign billing, store pickup, accelerated checkouts. It also shows how to go back through the guided setup. We update those answers with the app, so they’re never out of step.
From there you also get a link that opens your mail app with your store’s technical details already written in. It’s the quickest route: we know straight away which store you mean, and you don’t have to go looking.
What actually helps
- Your Shopify store domain.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- The error code, if the app showed one.
- Roughly when it happened.
Don’t send us your customers’ data. Tax codes, PEC addresses, orders, addresses: we don’t need them to work out a problem, and we’d rather not have them. Nor passwords or access keys, which we’ll never ask you for.
How long we take
We usually reply within one business day. That’s a commitment we make in good faith, not a contractual guarantee.
If it’s blocking your checkout, say so in the subject line: whoever has sales stopped goes first.
Found a vulnerability?
Don’t disclose it publicly or send exploitable details in your first email. Write to [email protected] describing only the type of issue and how to contact you: we’ll agree on a secure channel for the technical details.
